How it works ? 

Step 1: Email contact 
To get started, please send me an email to info@luxfurniture.org that includes a clear photo of your room and as many details as possible about your desired wardrobe. If you have a design or quote from a competitor, feel free to include that as well.

Step 2: Initial Estimate
I will provide you with an initial estimate of the rough cost and waiting time for my service. If you are happy with the estimate, I will schedule a visit to your home to take precise measurements and arrange a materials demonstration. 

Step 3: Final estimate 
Once I have gathered all necessary information during the home demonstration, I will provide you with a final estimate that include the exact cost of your order.

Step 4: Approve the quote
If you are satisfied with the quote and wish to proceed with the order, I will request a deposit payment of 50% of the total order value. I accept payments in cash and through bank transfers.

Step 5: Dates confirmation 
Approximately one week before the scheduled installation, I will reach out to you to confirm the dates of the installation. 

Step 6: Installation 
I typically work from 9am to 5pm, and a standard wardrobe installation usually takes between 1-2 days. While I prepare most of the materials in advance, some drilling and cutting may be required on-site. When I arrive, I will take measures to protect your floors and other furniture using appropriate materials, so you won't have to worry about any damage to your home.

Step7: Final checks 
Final Walkthrough Once the installation is complete, I will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure that everything has been completed to your satisfaction. I will address any concerns you may have and make any necessary adjustments to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the end result. Then I will ask for the final payment. 

Step 8: Aftercare
I  offer a 5-year warranty on the structure and ironmongery of our wardrobes to provide you with peace of mind. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
